of flying over the San Antonio skyline and learning what is involved in flying
balloons inside Controlled Airspace! Hear and listen as we interact
with Air Traffic Controllers from the San Antonio International
Airport and interact with other air traffic so as to share the sky!

Hot Air Balloon
Tethered Flight
The best way for large groups,
schools and companies to share the balloon experience. The balloon
remains moored and provides an introduction to ballooning with short
flights up and down of around 30 to 50 feet in height. Can
accommodate up to 50 people per hour and is conducted in the early
morning hours or later in the afternoon / early evening through
sunset when the winds are calm and the temperatures are mild. See
firsthand how to properly rig and tether and operate a moored
balloon while getting a small taste of what it feels like to leave
the ground so gently!
$1600 (two hour minimum required - $800 per
hour) Must be booked
